The Historic YMCA redevelopment in Uptown Columbus showcases W.C. Bradley Real Estate's dedication to blending historic preservation with modern innovation. Originally built in 1903 and recognized as the third-oldest YMCA in America, this unique structure is the only marble YMCA building in the country. After years of vacancy, W.C. Bradley Co. Real Estate undertook an ambitious multimillion-dollar project to transform the 23,000-square-foot building into a Class A office space. The renovation was tailored to preserve the building's historic charm while providing modern finishes and amenities such as private offices, shared conference rooms, and flex working areas. The project was completed in May 2022, earning accolades including CoStar's "Redevelopment of the Year" award in 2023 and Historic Columbus' "Preservation of the Year" award in 2022.

Now home to multiple civic organizations including The Greater Columbus Chamber of Commerce, Visit Columbus, GA, and Choose Columbus; the building fosters collaboration, tourism, and economic development under one roof.
