Julie Petrie serves as the Director of Property Management for W.C. Bradley Co. Real Estate, LLC, where she leads the property management team overseeing the company’s commercial and residential portfolio. Her responsibilities include the coordination of maintenance, janitorial, and security services across all properties owned by W.C. Bradley Co.

Julie holds a Bachelor’s degree from Auburn University and brings over 15 years of experience in third-party property management with CBRE, Inc. in Atlanta, where she managed a variety of asset classes for institutional owners. She is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management and has been a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Georgia since 2011.

A Columbus native, Julie enjoys spending time with her husband, Kyle, and their two fur-babies, Milo and Maple.
